I have worn this shoes a minimum of 5 days/week for over 6 months.
The give in the upper of this shoe gives me relief with my Tailor Bunion as well as my big toes and heel pain. A drawback is that my left foot seems to slide to the outside of the shoe and over the sole where I tend to pronate outwards. I think the shoe is a little too wide (a rarity for me). The next time I will try the extra wide for my 4E feet.
The included insole was nice for about two days and then flattened and offered too little support so I switched them out for my custom orthopedics which did not work well with this shoe. I then bought high end ($50) Dr. Scholl's 1/2 pads that work well except there is no relief for the ball of my feet. There is a lack of arch support without the 1/2 pad.
The strap on the left foot irritates the nerve on the upper inside of my foot. This may be because I had to tighten it down because of foot slippage towards the outside of the shoe. I have a hump on the upper part of my foot (top of the arch) that the strap rests against.
For having a wide variety of foot problems this shoe comes the closest of all the shoes I have tried to giving me pain relieve throughout my workday.
ProsLots of give for my tailor bunion.
Lots of give for my heel spurs.
Lots of give for my toes.
Gives to edema as the day progresses.
ConsLack of side support (mid foot) for my feet.
The included inserts failed to provide support within days.
Poor arch support.
The sole is too slick for working in (hospital floors).
